of Berkshire militaria Fair
Run by collectors for collectors. We are passionate about maintaining and growing interest in collecting militaria.

Many of us may have inherited a war trophy, medal or souvenir from a veteran family member and been fascinated by the story behind it and the circumstances under which it was acquired. You will find the Royal County of Berkshire Militaria Fair is the ideal place to buy, sell and trade in these historic artefacts and thus keep history alive!
Our collectors fairs are held at Sindlesham Court, Mole Road, Wokingham, Berkshire RG41 5EA.
Sindlesham Court was originally known as Sindlesham Lodge, the main building having been constructed in the late 1700’s. Before World War II it was owned by a Mrs Smith, a relative of Lady Asquith and it was subsequently requisitioned for use during the war by Miles Aircraft of Woodley as a hostel and training school for female employees.
After the war, in 1948, the Salvatorians established it as a house of studies, putting up new buildings to house students for the priesthood. During the following years the buildings were considerably extended.

The Flavell suite in which our fair is held has excellent lighting, is well heated and has a fully licensed bar. From here alcoholic drinks, hot beverages and hot breakfast foods can be purchased.
There are excellent toilet facilities along with disabled access to the building. The site has ample parking for up to 200 vehicles.
TRADERS
We welcome all reputable military traders. To attend our fair you must first be registered with us. Please fill out the registration form and click the submit button.
Please let us know in advance via email before attending each fair to guarantee your place!
Trader pitch price:
£45 per 6 foot table.
£40 per 6 foot table when booking 4 or more.
6 Foot Tables:
Only tables supplied by RCBMF are permitted - It is strictly not permitted to bring your own table(s) as it will interfere with the layout as well as cause a health and safety concern. Your table requirement determines your pitch size and location. If you require a table behind you for more valuable items this must be discussed prior to the event and supplied by us. We can supply 2 chairs per table.
Pitch Location:
All pitch locations will be allocated by RCBMF. Unfortunately it is not possible to reserve a location unless you have attended the fair before and want to reserve the same place consecutively. We reserve the right to change the layout at any time in order to accommodate additional traders and any cancellations.
Permitted Helpers:
Up to two tables - one helper.
Up to four tables - two helpers.
Over four tables - three helpers.
Additional helpers are at the organisers discretion and must be agreed prior to each event. They will be chargeable at £10 each. Please do not invite additional people early as they will not be permitted entry and will be asked to wait outside until the official opening time.
Payment
Full payment is to be made on arrival before the fair opens in cash. Unfortunately we are unable to accept card payments.
Hours
Set up is from 7.15am. Please leave the premises by 2.00pm.
Public admittance is from 9am - 1pm.
Arrival
On arrival you will be issued with your name lanyard(s) and trader wrist band(s).

Access & Parking
Access is via the front of the building. You are welcome to pull up close to unload and then move your vehicle to a marked parking space once you are finished. There is ample parking for up to 200 cars.

Absence
We do not take deposits for our fairs (unless it is your first time), but instead rely on the good reputation and courtesy of our traders. If you are unable to attend for any reason please let us know ASAP so we can release your pitch(es).

Repeat Bookings
By attending one of our fairs we will automatically reserve your pitch(es) for you for the next fair. You will have 7 days after the event to confirm your next attendance. Should you not with to re-book, your pitch(es) will be made available to new traders.
