We welcome all reputable military traders. To attend our fair you must first be registered with us. Please fill out the Trader Registration Form below and click the submit button.
 

6 Foot Tables:
We supply all tables. Only tables supplied by RCBMF are permitted. It is strictly NOT permitted to bring your own table(s). Your table requirement determines your pitch size and location. If you require a table behind you for more valuable items this must be discussed prior to the event and supplied by us. We respectfully ask that you follow our rules. All chairs are provided.

Trader pitch prices:
£45 per 6 foot table.

£40 per table when you book 3 or more.

Pitch Location:

All pitch locations will be allocated by RCBMF. Unfortunately it is not possible to reserve a location unless you have attended the fair before and want to reserve the same place consecutively. We reserve the right to change the layout at any time in order to accommodate additional traders and any cancellations.  

 

Permitted Helpers:

Up to two tables - one helper.

Up to four tables - two helpers.

Over four tables - three helpers.

Additional helpers are at the organisers discretion and must be agreed prior to each event. They will be chargeable at £10 each. Please do not invite additional people early as they will not be permitted entry and will be asked to wait outside until the official opening time.

Payment

Full payment is required before each event via bank transfer or cheque.

Hours

Set up is from 7.00am. Please leave the premises by 1.30pm.
Public admittance is from 8.30am - 12.30pm.

Arrival
On arrival you will be issued with your name lanyard(s) and trader wrist band(s).

Access & Parking
Access is via the front of the building. You are welcome to pull up close to unload and then move your vehicle to a marked parking space once you are finished. There is ample parking for up to 200 vehicles.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know ASAP. If a cancellation is made up to one week prior to the event a full refund will be given. If a cancellation is made within 1 week of the event a £25 charge will be applied to cover the loss of pitch space.

Repeat Bookings

By attending one of our fairs we will automatically reserve your pitch(es) for you for the next fair. You will have 7 days after the event to confirm your next attendance. Should you not with to re-book, your pitch(es) will be made available to new traders.

There are many hotels within close proximity to Garth Hill College. Two we would recommend are Premier Inn Bracknell Central Hotel & Travelodge Bracknell Central.
